How To Order

Simply click the Add button on the item that you wish to purchase. When you are happy with your order, select your shipping options and payment method, and then click on the "Check out" button to send the order and make your payment. if you select to pay by bank transfer or cheque after you click check out and check all your details are correct click confirm, your information that you need to use for payment will show up.

Do you have a catalogue?

We do not have a catalogue, because our products are constantly changing and all of our products in stock can be viewed online, so we do not produce a printed catalogue.

What payment types do you accept?

1.) We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards. Our UK Debit card and Credit card world wide processor is Paypal and Nochex. If you are already a member of Paypal you just need to login to Paypal to complete your order or if you are not a member of Paypal, you still can pay up to £250 without needing to join.

For Nochex. Payments of up to £300 can be made without you needing to having a Nochex account, Nochex accept the following Credit and UK Debit cards issued by : Master card, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.

2.) Bank Transfers, our account details will appear after you have selected to pay by Bank transfer and then clicked on the confirm button.

Please note : please also quote your order number so we can trace the payment to your order and we will then email you to let you know when your order is shipped once funds have arrived into our bank account.

3.) Cheques drawn £ in Pounds Sterling only.

Please note : please write down your order number on the back of the cheque for us to know which order your cheque is for & please make sure the cheque reaches us within 10 working days of placing your order. If your cheque is not received within 10 working days, your order will be cancelled and if you still wish to order you will need to place your order again.

What is Paypal ?

I cannot use Paypal, I was not able to enter an address in the United Kingdom

Its important for you to choose Your Country as Paypal needs you to enter the address of where the Credit Card is registered, for them to be able to complete the security checks on the Credit Card, i.e., the address where the statements are sent to.

if you try to enter an address that's different to registered Credit Card details, you will not be able to proceed, as part of the security checks for the credit card is to verify the address, if you wish for your order to be delivered to another address, just complete your payment, and then Email us straight away and we can send your order to a delivery address of your choice.

- Select the country where you live, then click Select button, the screen will then do a reload, and then all the questions & details for your payment will be correct for your selected country.

We based in the UK but we do ship to Europe and Worldwide, via Royal Mail's registered delivery service.

How long for dispatch ?

If you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day, if it is Weekend or bank holiday, this means we will ship out on Monday or the next working day after a Bank Holiday when we are back to service.

If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, you will be informed immediately and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date on when we can possible delivery to you, in this case we not charge for extra post costs if order is split, however if you unable to wait we will offer you a refund .

How long does it take for delivery to arrive?

If your order is in stock.

For UK your shipment normally takes 2-3 business days, Via Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery and Next working day for Special Delivery ( if you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day )

Europe takes about 4 - 10 business days.

USA take about 5 - 15 business days

** Please keep in mind that your orders may take 5 -15 days for USA, and international orders are often held in customs for several days which adds to the delivery time **

If my order has not arrived.

For UK orders: if your order has not arrived after 2 days for Special Delivery, or 15 days for Recorded delivery, and for Europe 28 days, for the rest of the World 30 days then please contact us and we will either

1. A refund will be offered to you, minus the shipping costs.

2. Resend the order if the items are in stock.

** Note: A postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. **

Can I return or exchange a piece?

I cannot see the price
